WARSAW AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

2023-2024 School Year

Our after-school program has grown to serve nearly 200 students each day, between the school buses and the BYC buses, children are transported from all schools in the county. BYC provides a free after-school snack, free dinner, homework helpers, physical activity, arts and crafts and much, much more. This daily routine gives children a chance to be a kid while giving them structure with mandatory activity time. And as always, our staff is dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment for everyone.

2023 – 2024 Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 3:00-6:30pm
Friday: 3:00-6:00pm
Note: NEW POLICY – BYC Before school program will be open when school has a 2-hour delay (no additional fee). If the 2-hour delay turns into a school cancellation BYC will be open until 5:30 with a $30 day fee (or children can be picked up by 9:00am for no fee). If school is cancelled the night before or by 6:15am, BYC will be open from 6:30am-5:30pm for a $30 day fee.

3:00-4:30 Check-in / Snack / K-3 Reading Programs
3:45-4:30 Structured Activities – STEM, Art, and Physical Activity
3:00-6:30 Homework Rooms Open
5:00-5:30 Dinner
5:30-6:30 Free Time
6:00 Optional Activity
6:30 Close (Close at 6:00pm on Fridays)
