If Warsaw Community Schools announce a 2‑hour delay, BYC’s Before School Program will still open at our normal time of 6:30 AM.
In cases of severe weather, BYC may need to make additional schedule decisions. We will make every effort to communicate these updates as soon as possible.

If the delay becomes a school cancellation after we officially open, BYC will remain open until 5:30 PM with a $30 day fee (or children may be picked up by 10:00 AM at no additional charge).

If school is canceled the night before, BYC will be closed that day.

Extreme Weather Exceptions:

In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, BYC may determine it is in the best interest of children and staff to close even during a delay or day‑of cancellation. If this occurs, BYC will make every effort to notify families by 6:30AM so alternate arrangements can be made.
